VACCINE TRIALS INQUIRY
The Commission gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on Thursday, 20th March 2003, commencing at 10.30am.
The public hearing will take place in the Arbitration Centre, Distillery Building, 145-151 Church Street, Dublin 7.
The purpose of the public hearing is to hear submissions from interested parties in respect of the grant of legal representation to them at the forthcoming public hearings into a trial of a 4 in 1 vaccine (D.T.P and Polio) that took place in six institutions throughout the State between December 1960 and November 1961.
Notice of forthcoming public hearings will be posted on the Commission’s website (see below) on the Thursday evening preceding the week in which the hearing will take place. Details of the time, date and venue for such public hearings will also be available in hard copy on request directly from the offices of the Vaccine Trials Division of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse.
